After a humid autumn, with mild temperatures, the first five months of the year were characterized by very little rainfall, temperatures slightly above average and significant temperature variations, especially at the end of March and the beginning of April. The month of June brought rain and temperatures below average but gave way to July and August which were very balanced with summery temperatures, but never excessively hot, and few intense rainy days. The first weeks of September were characterized by beautiful, sunny and dry days, with temperatures above average, which allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. The harvest, which was made exclusively by hand, took place in ideal climatic conditions on September 17th, 18th and 19th.
